Alice Rock - Kill or Cure album artwork released

Kill or Cure album artwork released

February 10 2010

In the lead up to the full release of ALICE ROCK's third album ‘Kill or Cure’, a preview of the album artwork has been released as a teaser for the final batch of songs for which a release date is soon to be announced.

The album cover follows suit from those of Finding Wonderland and Yesterday's makeup with its clever imagery that directly relates to the concepts dealt with throughout the album. So what on Earth have they come up with this time? Well, as you can see, we’re presented with countless identical, robot-like ‘Alice & Tabbies’ lined up with military precision. Take a closer look at the complete image in the promo gallery and you will see that from each Tabby hangs a label stating iTabby and similarly, each Alice is labeled iAlice. Hmm – I think we can safely gather that ALICE ROCK won’t be rushing out to buy an iPad in the near future ;-) .

As per usual we took all the photos ourselves on self timer. The hardest part was keeping a straight face!!

Alice & Tabby, ALICE ROCK

More bleak yet amusing futuristic songs await in all that is ‘Kill or Cure’ and haha, you aint seen nothing until you’ve seen the back cover!! (yes, I know that was a double negative)

A larger version of the artwork is available in the promo gallery and several amusing outtakes can also be seen in the photo blog.

Kill or Cure is to be ALICE ROCK’s third album following Yesterday’s Makeup (2007) and Finding Wonderland (2006). All material is written and recorded by Alice & Tabby alone in their bedroom studio. and then released on their own indie label Rock Records UK.
